I see counseling as a relationship where counselor and client work together to explore positive solutions and growth in life. My approach helps uncover how thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact all facets of life.
I work with couples, adults and teens, providing ways to explore key issues including self-esteem, developing supportive relationships, family of origin issues, healthy self-care, and how to positively manage emotions. I also work with men on issues including communication, anger management and breaking free from pornography addiction.
I’m a Mental Health Counselor Associates in Washington State (MC60159616) and supervised by Bart Fowler, M.A., Psy.D., a licensed psychologist both in Washington (PY60153263) and Oregon (1297). I have been married for eleven years and have two kids.
