Even in the middle of struggle or loss, I believe everyone has strengths to draw from to enjoy a life of fullness. My desire is to understand each client’s unique skills and collaborate with them to achieve their desired goals. I value each individual’s story, beliefs, and background. No matter the circumstances, I believe God offers hope in the healing journey.

I have 18 years of lay counseling experience. Currently, I am completing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Grace College and Seminary. My focus is on evidence based practices that primarily include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic treatment. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and integrate biblical principles into my counseling sessions. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and I am currently supervised by Dr. Bart Fowler, M.A., Psy.D., licensed psychologist in Washington (PY60153263).

My husband and I have been married for 19 years. We enjoy sports and music activities with our 7 children. We have a strong value of serving others in our local community and also internationally. We enjoy traveling and being blessed by other cultures to broaden our worldviews and life experiences.

I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your life journey. Please call me at 360-891-2000 x118.
