I believe each person has the ability to live their fullest life. Sometimes this includes walking life’s journey with someone who can help grow in this fullness. My desire is to help clients step into all that they are called to be in this life. I view the counseling relationship as a space where I can collaborate with clients to help them gain perspective on where they are stuck and develop the skills to create a life of greater health and satisfaction…mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I hold the belief that my clients are capable of creating the life they desire, even if they don’t yet see how.

I have been a part of helping relationships for over 10 years in various roles in ministry and coaching. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. My emphasis is holistic and draws from a primarily cognitive-behavioral orientation, with a Christian worldview. I am currently supervised by Dr. Bart Fowler, M.A., Psy.D., licensed psychologist in Washington (PY60153263).

A few years ago, as I was on my own healing journey, I moved to this area when God blessed me with a new husband and our blended family of 5 children. In my free time, I love to write, run, teach and practice healthy living, connect with friends over a good cup of coffee, and participate in women’s ministries.

I’m passionate about helping others experience greater life satisfaction and fulfillment and welcome the opportunity to speak with you about how this may be possible in your life. I can be reached at 360-891-2000, ext. 112.
