I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington state (MC61031440), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and practice EMDR therapy. I help adults and teens develop the skills to tackle life’s challenges so they can experience greater confidence, purpose and fulfillment. My emphasis is holistic and draws from a primarily cognitive-behavioral orientation, with a Christian worldview. Counseling areas of focus include: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, boundaries, adoption, infidelity/betrayal trauma, communication and relationship skills. I am currently supervised by Dr. Bart Fowler, M.A., Psy.D., licensed psychologist in Washington (PY60153263).

A few years ago,  I was on my own healing journey. I understand the pain of loss and the importance of hope. I moved to this area when God blessed me with my current husband and our blended family of 5 children. In my free time, I can be found writing, running, teaching and practicing healthy living, connecting with others over a good cup of coffee, and serving in my church.

Life can be tough and unpredictable. With the right support, you can experience greater confidence, satisfaction, and ease. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey and can be reached at 360-891-2000, ext. 112.
